West Ham held on for a hard-fought point at home to Chelsea yesterday.

The Hammers kept key attacking players like Eden Hazard and Willian quiet for most of the game and Lukasz Fabianski made two exceptional saves.

But West Ham had some chances to pick up all three points. In the first half, Michail Antonio spurned two great opportunities.

Then, in the second half, with just ten minutes left, Andriy Yarmolenko somehow failed to put West Ham ahead.

Robert Snodgrass received the ball on the left flank and whipped in an inch-perfect cross.

Yarmolenko did all the hard work; he crept behind his marker, timed his run to perfection and arrived in the ideal spot to nod in.

But from just five yards out, the Ukraine international somehow headed wide. The West Ham fans could not believe it.

It would have capped a fine performance by the 28-year-old but instead West Ham settled for a 0-0 draw.

Here are what West Ham fans have been saying about that miss.
