West Ham United have reportedly been joined by Arsenal in the race to sign Dinamo Zagreb defender Josip Sutalo this summer.

West Ham dealt big blow as Arsenal move in to sign ‘simply amazing’ Josip Sutalo
Calciomercato.it reckon that the Gunners have ‘moved in to sign’ the £18 million-rated central defender from Dinamo Zagreb.
Football Talent Scout once described Sutalo as ‘simply amazing’. On his day, he is a very good defender, there’s absolutely no denying that.
And importantly, he seems to possess the physical attributes needed to succeed in the Premier League.
The Croatian is strong in the air, reads the game well and relishes a physical battle with the opposition.
£18 million for the Dinamo Zagreb ace sounds like decent value for money to me, especially taking the current state of the market into consideration.
Unfortunately for West Ham though, it seems like Arsenal could beat us to the signature of Josip Sutalo this summer.
And losing out to the Gunners in the race for the Zagreb defender’s signature will be yet another blow for the Hammers this summer.
