West Ham could have to pay up to £15 million to get rid of Manuel Pellegrini and his staff, according to ExWHUemployee.
The Chilean is under intense pressure. The Hammers have lost five and drawn two of their last seven Premier League games. And they have fallen down to 17th place in the table, just three points clear of the drop zone.

West Ham are in a relegation scrap. It’s as simple as that. And considering the fact that they were sitting as high as third earlier on this season, it has been quite a spectacular decline from the east London outfit.
It seems as though Pellegrini is bereft of ideas and he lacks any kind of passion on the touchline.
There are calls from large sections of West Ham fans for the Chilean to be moved on.
But that could prove to be costly.
ExWHUemployee suggested it could add up to a total of £15 million to sack the manager and his staff, when speaking on the West Ham Way podcast last night (Wednesday, November 27th):
“We’re backing Pellegrini. He could have his position reviewed after the Arsenal game. The bottom line is, Pellegrini is going to cost approximately about £10-15m to get rid of him.”
The Hammers face a really tough set of fixtures. Trips to Chelsea and Wolves are followed by a home game against Arsenal.
And should they lose all three of those games, or fail to pick up a single win, Pellegrini will surely be sent packing.
Having said that, Sullivan and Gold will be extremely hesitant to pay the Chilean such vast sums of money, and because of that, they might just stick with him.
