West Ham forward Andriy Yarmolenko has been very poor this season.
The Ukraine international actually started the campaign in fine fashion.
But the 30-year-old Hammers man’s form has dropped off a cliff in the last couple of months.
Yarmolenko scored three goals in his first six games this season. But he has failed to chalk up a goal in his last nine appearances for West Ham.
His play is slow and laboured, and he looks totally lost out on the right wing.
So should the former Borussia Dortmund man be moved on in January?
Some West Ham fans think so…
Grady Diangana is currently out on loan with West Brom, and the 21-year-old is on fire. In hindsight, the Hammers perhaps should have kept hold of the young winger.
Yarmolenko is still under contract with West Ham until the summer of 2022. So the east London outfit could probably fetch a decent fee for him in January.
Although his value has surely gone down since the Hammers paid £17.5 million (Evening Standard) to sign him from Dortmund 18 months ago.
