Aaron Cresswell has penned a new deal with West Ham until the summer of 2023, as confirmed via the club’s official website, and some Hammers fans took to Twitter in reaction to the news.

The 29-year-old joined the Hammers from Ipswich Town in the summer of 2014, for a fee believed to be worth £3.75m, according to the Sun.

And Cresswell has proven to be a great servant for West Ham.

The left-back has made 184 appearances in all competitions for the Hammers. And he has racked up seven goals and 19 assists in the process.
