West Ham United entertain London rivals Arsenal in the early kick-off on Saturday.
The Hammers go into the game off the back of a 2-0 FA Cup win over Birmingham and with their eyes on the European places.
Manuel Pellegrini’s side sit 10th in the Premier League while the Gunners are trying to break back into the top four.
It makes for a tantalising prospect and goals could be the order of the day.
Both clubs have suffered with a glut of injuries this season.
West Ham looking strong despite injuries
Indeed West Ham are nursing a Premier League-worst injury list that includes star names such as Manuel Lanzini, Winston Reid, Andriy Yarmolenko and Jack Wilshere.
Pellegrini mixed up his side for the cup tie against Birmingham and the Hammers got the job done.
Javier Hernandez is back fit but will have to make do with a place on the bench after spending the last three weeks on the sidelines with a hamstring injury.
And the Chilean looks set to make six changes to the team which started that game when Arsenal come to the London Stadium.
Fabianski in for Adrian
Adrian is West Ham’s number two and Lukasz Fabianski has been one of the club’s best players since signing in the summer. He will come back into the side for the visit of Unai Emery’s men.
Zabaleta in for Antonio
Experienced right back Pablo Zabaleta will be vital in this game and after a bout of illness he will come back into the team.
Cresswell in for Masuaku
Aaron Cresswell has looked like he is getting back to something like his best with a run of games without injury. He was rested against Birmingham but will come back in for the unreliable Arthur Masuaku against the Gunners’ fearsome attack.
Snodgrass in for Diangana
Young Grady Diangana has struggled since impressing in his first few West Ham games. He will drop out of the side for another crowd favourite Robert Snodgrass who brings workrate and guile to the West Ham team, both of which will be much needed against the Arsenal.
Noble in for Obiang
Mark Noble may not be every West Ham fan’s cup of tea as a starter but he is far more consistent than Pedro Obiang. Expect the captain to come back in for this London derby alongside Declan Rice as the two work so well together particularly when Snodgrass is shielding them.
Anderson in for Silva
No brainer as record signing and leading scorer Felipe Anderson comes back in for young Xande Silva who showed great promise against Birmingham.
Predicted West Ham XI to face Arsenal: Fabianski, Zabaleta, Diop, Ogbonna, Cresswell, Rice, Noble, Nasri, Snodgrass, Anderson, Arnautovic.
